Plex not displayed on iOS #99267

Hello Ron,

Thank you for sending the screenshot and the additional details, that’s very helpful.

Since the plex appears correctly on your iPhone for another Brain that hasn’t been opened in the beta, this gives us a useful comparison point.

On the iOS app, could you please double-check the following for the Brain where the plex is missing:

• Tap the eye icon in the upper-right corner and confirm the plex isn’t hidden
• Make sure you’re not in note edit mode (pencil icon), which can hide the plex view

In addition, if that Brain was opened in TheBrain 15, please try this on desktop:

• Open the Brain in TheBrain 15
• Click the sync icon in the top-right corner
• Temporarily turn off Light Sync attachments for that Brain
• Let it finish syncing, then check the same Brain again on your iPhone

Please let me know whether disabling Light Sync changes the behavior on iOS. That will help us determine the next step.
