Thank you for testing that.

That is very helpful additional information. Since the crash also occurs in Firefox Troubleshoot Mode and in Chrome, we’ll review this further as it may not be limited to a Firefox extension.

I’m going to pass along your latest testing results, including the detail that the crash happens when the chat or email pop-up is open and then links on the site are clicked.

We’ll follow up once we have more information.
