Error Merging thoughts update #100121

Hello Ron,

Thank you again for sending the error report and Output.log.

I took a closer look with the team, and it appears the merge is being blocked because one of the attachments on the thoughts you are trying to merge is not accessible at the OS level. The specific file path shown in the error is:

C:\Users\rsipe.pdf

This is usually caused by that file being open or locked by another process, for example Acrobat or another application that currently has the PDF in use.

Please try the following:

• Close any application that may have that PDF open
• If possible, restart the computer to clear any file lock
• Then try the merge again

If it still fails after that, please let me know and we can take the next step from there.
