Redferox, unexpected error when dropping URL onto thought #100355

https://thebrain.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/100355

Hello,

Thank you for sending the Output.log and ErrorReport.

I’ll have the team review the error details. To help us reproduce the issue, could you please also confirm a few details?

1. What website or URL were you dragging from?
2. What browser were you using?
3. Did you drag the URL from the browser address bar, from a webpage link, or from selected text?
4. Does the error happen every time you drop that same URL onto a thought, or did it happen only once?
5. Were you dropping the URL onto the thought in the Plex, into the note, or somewhere else?

If the URL is not private, please send it as well so we can test the same case.

Best regards,

John
