Thank you again for checking.

The next step would be to send us a copy of the full thought folder for the affected thought so we can inspect how the image is linked in the note and whether the image file is present in the hidden note image storage.

Please do this:

• Open the affected thought
• Press Ctrl+Shift+F to open the thought folder
• Zip the entire thought folder
• Send us that zip file
