At this time, we’re not able to offer free upgrades based on dissatisfaction with older versions. However, I can confirm that your account does qualify for a discounted renewal, which would give you access to TheBrain 14 as well as TheBrain 15.

The current versions include significant stability and performance improvements compared to PB13, along with many newer features and ongoing updates. If you decide to renew at the discounted rate, you’ll be able to move forward with a supported and actively maintained version of TheBrain.
