Thank you for the screenshot.

From what you are showing, these do not look like normal duplicate documents that should be manually cleaned up. One copy appears to be in the Brain’s regular data folder, while the other appears to be under a temporary folder named brntmp.

That suggests TheBrain may be using one of those copies as temporary working data, rather than this being a duplicate file that should be deleted manually.

For now, please do not delete or clean any of these files manually from the Brain folders. I’m going to check this with the team so we can confirm whether the brntmp files can be ignored, removed by TheBrain automatically, or should be left alone.
