Cloud storage #99369

https://thebrain.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/99369

Hello Chris,

Thanks for reaching out.

Each TheBrain account includes 30 GB of cloud storage per user.

If you’d like, you can share the email address associated with your TheBrain account and we can confirm your current cloud usage for you.

When you approach the storage limit, TheBrain does not automatically offload files to external services like Dropbox. However, you can manage this manually by moving or copying attachments out of TheBrain and storing them externally.

For example:

• Open the attachment in TheBrain

• Use Save As or Reveal in Finder / File Explorer to copy it to Dropbox or another external location

• Optionally remove or convert the attachment to an external link inside TheBrain

This lets you free up cloud space while still keeping access to the files externally.

Let me know if you’d like guidance on identifying which attachments are taking up the most space.

Best regards,

John
