TheBrain 15 AI is still in beta, so the documentation and tutorial coverage is still catching up. The main official resources I would point you to right now are the TheBrain 15 product page, the support area, and the recent AI scripts blog post, which gives a good practical look at how some of the newer AI features are intended to work.

A helpful thing to keep in mind is that AI Scripts in TheBrain 15 are managed under Settings, AI, AI Scripts, and then run from Cerebro chat by typing /, which is different from the older v14 style experience and may be part of what feels less intuitive right now.
