Thank you for sending the screenshots.

The first thing I’d like you to do is update directly to the latest build, since the newer version includes improved logging that should help us see exactly what is happening here.

Please use one of these direct links depending on your machine:

For Mac:

For Windows:

https://thebrain.com/download-windows-update?v=15.0.537.0

After installing 15.0.537, please reopen TheBrain and see whether the same behavior still happens.

If it does, please then send a fresh Output.log right after reproducing it once.

On Windows, the log file is here:

%LocalAppData%\TheBrain\Logs\Output.log

On macOS, the log file is here:

~/.TheBrain/v9/Logs/Output.log

Please also let me know whether you are on Windows or Mac.
