Sluggish Menu / Context Menu Behavior in TheBrain 15 #101245

Hello Jim,

Apologies, my previous reply referenced the Copy Thoughts issue rather than this broader sluggishness report.

Thank you for sending the forum link and Output.log. I noted the specific behavior you described: the top-left menu taking several seconds to open, right-click menus on the Plex or selection panel responding slowly or not immediately, and the occasional blurred-window spinner state.

Since newer builds have included several fixes after the versions mentioned in your post, could you please update to the latest available version first?

Go to:

Main Menu > Help > Check for Updates

After updating, please test the same actions again:

opening the top-left menu, right-clicking the Plex, right-clicking the selection panel, and copying/pasting a selected group of thoughts.

If the sluggishness still happens on the latest build, please send a fresh Output.log after reproducing it. That will let us compare the current behavior against the log you already sent. Thank you for making TheBrain better for everyone in the community!
