Thank you for reporting this, I understand how that would be confusing.

To help us narrow this down, could you please share a bit more detail about your setup and what you’re seeing?

Which version are you on, and on what platform?

For example, TheBrain 15.0.xxx on Windows or macOS.

Does the tab title update only after you click into a different tab, or also after you click outside the Plex and back?

If you can, a short screen recording would be very helpful. Please include the moment you change the active thought in a tab, and show how the tab title lags until you leave the tab.

Once we have those details, we can confirm whether this is expected behavior, a known issue, or something we should flag for review.
