Thanks for the update. The fact that this is happening when returning from the lock screen, not just Alt+Tab or sleep, is useful context.

Your observation about the number of Brains is reasonable. A high volume of sync orchestration activity could be a contributing factor, but at the moment we still don’t have enough signal in the logs to confirm that.

Since this issue is intermittent and hard to reproduce internally, the only actionable next step is to capture a log at the moment the hang occurs:

Please do this once, when convenient:

Close TheBrain

Delete the current Output.log

Reopen TheBrain

Use it normally until the hang happens again

As soon as it does, close TheBrain and send us the new Output.log

That specific capture is what will allow engineering to correlate the sync activity with the UI stall.
