Similar to note 15, supra, TTV maintained that it did not file lawsuits, but that their former counsel initiated the filing of the lawsuits while TTV merely paid the legal bills. Tr. 902:9–15, 1021:9–13. The Court finds TTV’s role in these lawsuits to be sufficient for the Court to attribute their filings to TTV. TTV paid legal counsel and provided information obtained from their election integrity hotline for former counsel to go out and “recruit[ ] the[ ] plaintiffs” involved in the suits filed. Tr. 1023:1–17.
