The Court maintains concerns about the potential releasing of challenged voter names. Cf. Doc. No. [222], 62 n.28 (discussing concerns about release of names from open records requests). In the Court’s view, releasing the names of Georgia voters challenged under Section 230 has enormous implications for potential voter intimidation in future cases. Such evidence is just not properly (or persuasively) present in this case.
