This testimony came in over hearsay objections as it was offered for the effect on the listener (i.e., TTV/Engelbrecht’s understanding of the Section 230 challenge process). Tr. 497:8–16. Consequently, the Court does not credit this testimony as true, but merely that TTV has been told of the need for an individualized inquiry in making Section 230 challenges.
