The Court, in fact, already ruled on the Davis and Somerville challenges in Muscogee County, granting summary judgment in Davis and Somerville’s favor on the Muscogee County voters and reaffirming that decision even after granting the limited motion to reconsider on the Muscogee County voters on TTV’s challenge file.
