Even if the Court were to afford Jane Doe’s evidence more weight, the circumstances attested to by Jane Doe illustrate the causation issues in this case (i.e., that the County Boards determined what to do with the Section 230 challenges). Thus Jane Doe’s affidavit does not alter (and even provides additional support) for the Court’s legal conclusions regarding causation. See Section (III)(C)(1)(a) infra.
