The Court affords the impact of TTV’s purported challenge of Plaintiff Jane Doe negligible weight given the unreliability of the evidence submitted in support and will not dwell on it further at this time. The Court reemphasizes the evidence involving Jane Doe’s challenge, however, does not change the Court’s overall conclusion and even reinforces the causation issues present in this case.
