For the reasons explained infra, the Court largely does not credit Defendants’ testimony regarding this meeting with the Secretary of State’s office, because it contradicts Ryan Germany’s testimony, which the Court finds to be more credible given his impartiality in this case and experience with Georgia election regulations and procedures. See Section (II)(B)(2)(c) infra.
