2016 UW222

2016 UW222 is a very small asteroid with an orbit between Jupiter and Neptune. NASA JPL has not classified 2016 UW222 as potentially hazardous because its orbit does not bring it close to Earth. 2016 UW222 orbits the sun every 5,500 days (15.06 years), coming as close as 1.69 AU and reaching as far as 10.50 AU from the sun. Its orbit is highly elliptical. Based on its brightness and the way it reflects light, 2016 UW222 is probably between 0.347 to 0.776 kilometers in diameter, making it larger than 90% of asteroids but tiny compared to large asteroids, very roughly comparable in size to the U.S. Capitol building.
