<p>17. Know ye that, under The Law, the Cosmos is governed by Law. Each and every thing, and all things, proceed in Orderly Trend. In the Cosmos there is no Chance; no Disorder; no Inharmony. The Three Principles-Substance, Motion and Consciousness-are equally under Law. Those who teach otherwise, err.
