Alexander Downer is an Australian politician who was leader of the Liberal Party from 1994 to 1995, Minister for Foreign Affairs from 1996 to 2007, and High Commissioner to the United Kingdom from 2014 to 2018 and has connections to the Clinton family

Australia has pledged an estimated $130 Million to the Clinton Foundation and Alexander Downer has the first one to kick these donations off in 2006 with a $25 Million donation

After giving away this money to the Clinton’s he then went and sold Uranium to Russia in 2007 to the same company; Rosatom, which ended up buying the company at the heart of the Clinton Uranium One scandal

The Earl's godmother was Queen Elizabeth II. He was also a member of the Queen's Counsel
