Mallet & Chisel Set

Asset Code: WH526

August 2021, RS made a mallet to go with a new rack he also made for our wood chisels.

The head is English Oak from an offcut in our Lathe Turning Wood Store. The handle is a piece of NZ native - species unknown. (Not Rimu).

Note the end grain hitting side faces of the mallet for years of abuse!
