New Feature Requests vs. Missing Features & "Capability Gaps"

For quite some time now TheBrain team has been requesting that many issues raised in the TheBrain forum should now be addressed as UserVoice feature requests.

However, SpaceNexus recently provided a valuable distinction between:

• Feature Requests = Expanding new ways of doing things
• Capability Gaps = Completing capabilities that already exist ~ to which I would also add a wide variety of feature recently lost in TB15 (parent)

The challenge is that when lost features and/or capability gaps are listed as "feature requests" they end up being relegated to "the bottom of the pile".
