MZV: Streamline Both Plex Context Menus for Readers

Ideally the public reader would see only 3 options in the context menu when they right-click on a thought:

• Open in New Tab
• Open in New Window
• Copy Web Thought URL

All the other items (including "Copy Thought") are admin commands that would, ideally, be hidden.

Similarly, greyed-out items on the right-click context menu for the Vulcan plex are also admin commands that would ideally be hidden, as well.

Bottom line: Anything that minimizes visual distractions and potential confusion for a new brain visitor/reader will be a big help. 🙂
