Test Hover Issue Bugs

Support Request

• Send a short screen recording showing exactly what you are doing when it occurs

• Confirm whether it happens in a brand new thought with no prior notes

• Send the Thought ID of the affected thought (right click the thought > Copy Thought ID)

It would also be helpful to know whether this is happening repeatedly in the same thought or across multiple different thoughts.

Hover Issues

• Text Edits Lost Multiple Times in TB15.0.514
• Hover is MUCH too sensitive: it is activated when simply passing over a thought instead of pausing over a thought.
• Mismatch between active thought and previously hovered note <== THIS is the critical issue
  • I frequently see a mismatch between the thought header and a residual display of the note from another thought that was previously displaying on hover. In other words, there is a pronounced delay in the refresh following a hover ~ plus there is NO red highlight around the mismatched header/note to alert the user to this display issue.
• Note display often does not disengage when hover process stops < THIS is the cause of the critical issue above
  • The hovered note display frequently does not disengage when I stop hovering over an adjacent thought. In fact, I often have to hover over other thoughts to get the "stuck note" to disengage.
• Tags are no longer visible on hover
