Early Web Client Evaluation

So far I've been quite impressed with the new "Vulcan" web client (design intent, features, performance, etc.), even at this very early, pre-release stage. More feedback will be coming soon. . . .

My New Web Client Test Checklist also provides an overview/summary of the features I've been reviewing and evaluating.
