Web Client is Now Our Focus

TheBrain team recently announced that a huge new update will be coming soon to web client. Preliminary details are included below. The timeline for public access has not yet be released, although some users are currently involved in private testing of the new web client.

Matt Announcement * 10.20.22: We'll need to make some sweeping changes to the [TOC] functionality of TheBrain Web Client. I'm happy to say that the web client is now our current focus after the release of TheBrain 13. > Video Update

Harlan Update * 12.17.22: We are currently focused on an all new web client. This is essentially a complete overhaul that will contain a mix of hundreds of redesigned, reimagined and all new features

Harlan Update * 12.26.22: We plan to make the new web client work well on Android and iOS as well as the desktop, including Windows, macOS and Linux. In most respects it will be more capable than the existing Android and iOS clients.

For a class [teaching] environment, this should make things significantly easier as it will be easier to get started.

Also, for sharing a complex set of ideas, the new web client will have many benefits making it better and far easier than setting up a web site. We’re planning to enable greater customization of the reader/viewer experience than is presently possible.

Juan Update * 01.12.23: Improved searching will be included in the new web client.

Harlan Update * 02.12.23: We are very interested in making sharing content via TheBrain as easy and productive as possible. This is one of the key objectives of the entire Vulcan project.

Harlan Update * 02.23.23: We are aiming to make Vulcan the best experience for sharing brains. So if there is something that is truly lacking for that purpose we are likely already working on it or will be soon.

Harlan Update * 03.08.23:
