Display on Hover is a Custom Setting in Web Client

• 05.16.26: Thought content no longer displays on hover in the web client. Asked about the disappearance of this feature in the forum. > Later:
  • Custom settings do not display in the public (logged out) view of web client.
  • If a web client visitor (knows about and) wants to use this feature, they will have to turn it on themselves.
