The workshop repeatedly allowed mistakes, unfinished forms, instability, delayed understanding, changing meaning, failed synchronisation and unplanned transformation.

Stability was investigated without treating it as permanent control.

A composition could become temporarily stable while remaining available to change.

Failure and incompletion were treated as productive conditions rather than defects to conceal.
