Hello all! I'm very happy to be here. I am a little bit familiar with SoFA and have done some preliminary work toward building healthy workplaces and organizational structures in my own domains. I've been teaching for about 16 years, so I feel strong (although always learning!) in the classroom. I am here to learn about facilitation in the SoFA way, and hopefully to incorporate what I've learned into a new program that is a childcare center serving children of various abilities and disabilities.
