Stoic Philosophy

Stoicism divides its teachings into three parts: physics, logic, and ethics. The ethical goal is to live in harmony with nature, achieved through logical action. Stoics believe the universe is rational and interconnected, with everything happening for a reason. This belief contrasts with Epicureanism, which views the universe as random and purposeless.
