RCAGB-1929 got some interesting contracts from the British Government cabinet office including providing a 4 minute warning to the British citizens of an attack from an ICBM (who gets the warning?)

1988 a management buyout and an initial public offering (IPO) in 1989 staged and structured by N.M. Rothschild & Sons. The bank Wilbur Ross was working for for 25 years,our commerce secretary.

Ross would have known how to structure RCAGBM1929 into Serco, a British company accused of fraud in relation to prisoner tracking. Ross is Kappa Beta Phi where he's the "Grand Swipe". He structured Trump's debts,1990-1991.
