What happened to our country? A Great Awakening is under way as millions are discovering that, while our original (de jure) freedom-loving government of We The People still exists, it’s been put on moth balls and carefully hidden away from us in order that a “deep fake” (de facto) corporate government could subjugate us and rule over us.
Millions are now educating themselves on how to peacefully restore this country to it’s rightful and lawful government as envisioned by our Founding Fathers, the original Constitution and Bill of Rights. To prevent us from uniting to reassert our power, methods such as “divide and conquer”, control over education and the information available to us, among others, are relentlessly employed against us.
Our Founding Fathers maintained that a well-educated people could effectively rule over themselves and didn’t require Rulers. Recent data shows that 75% of Americans cannot name the 3 branches of government. A former senior policy advisor to the U.S. Department of Education, Charlotte Iserbyte, wrote “The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America” (which sells for over $600 but the free pdf is located above). She highlights:
(1) the use of unconstitutional tax-supported (public/private partnership) charter schools run by unelected boards. These schools use non-graded Skinnerian computer instruction to train for the planned economy (school to work);
(2) global values-changing education, including International Baccalaureate programs and
(3) restructuring of our nation’s representative governmental structure, using regionalism (socialism) with its unelected councils (soviets), and communitarianism.
So... we must educate ourselves. That’s the purpose of this database. We must put aside our differences and unite in our efforts to restore our Republic. This requires dialogue (a lost art?), critical thinking skills (a lost art?), community (the Plandemic tried and failed to end that).
The People of Arkansas website is designed as an educational discussion forum. Topics for research and discussion are presented in the blog, members may research the topic here on this database and comment in the community forum. This is followed up with a live video session to explore what we’ve learned.
Our Arkansasdejure.org website provides training modules, a discussion forum, and a wide variety of other resources (click on Resources from the menu). To apply for membership in the Arkansas General Jural Assembly write to our communications secretary at comsec@arkansasdejure.org and you will be directed to your county’s Jural Assembly, or someone to help you start one if there isn’t already an Assembly in your area.
Various approaches are popping up and they may be found in the section on “Resources”. Which of them will be effective in unraveling the gordian knot ensnaring us? Are any of them going to trick and deceive us,? Unfortunately, the mere fact that groups are espousing different methods is also being used against us (divide and conquer) but we all want the same thing... a restored Republic and our freedom to self-govern. Beware of “group-think” and unquestioning loyalty to any of our emerging “solutions”. Ask questions, explore with each other, compare solutions and discover the role you will play in this great undertaking.
What You Will Find in This Database
After decades of research, looking for a lawful and peaceful solution, the Assembly rose to the top of the list and I finally had reason to hope for our future. The aim of this database is to reveal the scope and practical power of We The People through our Assemblies...all within the context of where we are today...the environment we operate within now and discovering our roots...the true history of our country.
One of our difficulties is the way the corporate government obscures our de jure (original, authentic) government. For example, both have 3 branches of government so on the surface its difficult to recognize if we are talking about the de jure Legislature or the corporate Legislature...they look the same...but they operate very differently. (By the way, there are two more branches which have been hidden away, both are branches of We The People, the Common Law Grand Jury and the Petit Jury / Trial Jury).
