Psychiatric Evaluation

If a court orders a psychiatric evaluation:

In that case you ask the psychiatrist if you have the doctor/client privacy relationship guaranteed under the Constitution by the highest law of the land. “Can I talk to you privately or are you going to report this back to the court?”

“Doctor, I don’t know if I want to talk to you or not and I’ll tell you why. You’re probably a nice man and all that but I don’t think I want to divulge any incriminating information or evidence. What I want you to do doctor, I want to demand all of my rights at all times and I want a public hearing to determine my sanity. I demand the right to produce witnesses and evidence, and my own private psychiatrist to determine whether or not I’m competent or incompetent.”
