Elector

Per the Arkansas Covenant: noun. an inhabitant of Arkansas, a Free and Independent Nation=State, who has autographed the Jural Covenant of Office form.

The terms "voter" and "elector" can have different meanings depending on the context. In general, a voter is any person who is qualified to vote in an election, while an elector is a member of the Electoral College who casts a vote for president and vice president. However, sometimes the term "elector" can also refer to any voter, especially in legal or constitutional texts. For example, the Arkansas constitution uses the term "elector" to mean any person who meets the qualifications of citizenship, residency, age and registration¹. The term "elector" can also be used to describe a person who votes on a constitutional amendment or a ballot measure². Statutes may refer to both voters and electors to distinguish between the different roles and responsibilities of each group in the electoral process. For example, a statute may specify how voters can register to vote, how electors are chosen by the parties or candidates, and how voters and electors cast their ballots³⁴⁵.
