Regionalism

The plan was developed in 1942.

If you want to drastically change something, one way to do it is divide and conquer. In 1947 the Fabian Society published a book called “Regional Government” . Regionalism promoted in the United States

The European Union has Fabian roots. John Christian, in his paper, Communist Councils in New Zealand, talks about regionalism. Colonel Barry Turner did the notes and amplification of it.

Peasants would still be allowed to own small assets like clothes, furniture, cars.

The City of London will become the One World Earth Corporation. Each country will become regionalized and ruled through regional councils through United Nations dictatorship called a Parliamentary Assembly which would just be another name for a Soviet central committee. All independent, sovereign national governments would be totally abolished.

The EU is a branch of the U.N.

The EU’s Committee of the Regions will encourage the regions to bypass their national governments and report directly to Brussels, which would then become the capital of a giant federal European state.

The Fabian Society had a five-year plan to take over the world via the City of London financial community. This was first published in a book called “All These Things” by a New Zealand author and journalist, A. N. Field. Published in 1936 by Omni Publications in the United States. A document called Freedom and Planning was secretly circulated in 1932 by the inner councils of the members of the Political Economic Plan, otherwise known as P.E.P. in London. The then chairman of the organization was a City of London, Jew, Israel Moses Sieff, (1889–1972), a prominent British businessman and V.P. of the British Zionist Society. He was the reputed author of the plan. Headquarters of P.E.P. were at 16 Queen Anne’s Gate, London. Centered around the Banker’s Industrial Development Company , the essence of the planning was, and still is, to gradually Sovietize the world based on their 5-year plan inaugurated in Moscow in 1927-28.

The plan involved the entire transfer of the entire industrial capacity of each country throughout the world into a series of great state-owned departments which would then be corporatized, then privatized to City of London Corporation, international banks and corporations which they may control.

Individual property ownership would be severely restricted, with most of the land, sea, fisheries, rivers, lakes , ports, railways, communications , media, roads, energy, food, water, waste management, housing, farms, commercial properties, hospitals, schools, police, social welfare, transferred into statutory corporations or land trusts which would indirectly be owned by City of London banks.
