Search finds duplicate with same ID

Some how I have a Player thought (Kole Calhoun) that has both his thought name as both a child thought and a parent thought. When I did search i found only one thought, yet when I select the thought, it seems to be two different thoughts with the same ID. How is it possible that one thought can be a child and a parent of the same thought?
