Better Search Engine failure

• I had a feeling that I had already created this thought, however, when I searched there was no match, so i allowed v.15 to create a new thought. But I still felt like there should have been a match, so I checked again. This time she still says there is no match, and I am searching for the exact same name. It didn't even find the one I had just created.

I almost rated this issue as low level, however, because it can't locate the thought I had just created and I copied the exact same name in the search and it didn't find it. I am realizing that this is very serious and a lot of out of control duplicates are going to be made and that it is a lot more to it, than just deleting a duplicate. There are a web of links that need to be rewired. And that's not better that is worse.

2026/6/23/ This happened again just now in Beta: 15.0.569

This time I knew better than to let the Brain create another duplicate just because it couldn't match with the existing thought. On the left is the Plex existing thought and on the right is the Content/note page pop-up dialogue not finding the existing thought and suggesting to create a new thought. I also did a search in the main Search box and the thoughts does not show up. I tried different variations and no joy.

• When I search for the exact match is comes up empty, when I take off the last parenthesis it locates the thought.
