Creating links to existing thoughts

We have several issues happening:

The note: Affiliation: Cleveland Indians - 2004 has a resource web link which was part of the phrase "Cleveland Indians - 2004" that was just removed by right-click on the resource link and click "remove link" from the drop down list. The color blue text appears after the link was removed.

• (That's odd, because there is no color when there is an active link, but there is a blue color text when the link has been removed.)
  
  
• What we see below is the removed link and now we want to create a new link with the full "Affilation:" plus "Cleveland Indians - 2004" together as one. (see highlight in screen capture below).

• When we click on the highlighted pop-up suggestion. It creates a new thought. (We have the option. "proceed to new create thought after creating a new thought"). We right click on the new thought and the right click causes our app to change focus from this Brain window we are in to another Brain in another open window.

• We switch back to this window and we see the drop down menu still activated (even though we were taken to another open Brain window)

• We delete the thought we were on (oh, also it was created as a child thought automatically, and actually we wanted to create as a parent thought. Pressing the Ctrl + Click
