Future data changes after the 2026 reorg

So tell me how you go about doing the creation in the future?

Here’s the pattern I’d follow next time you want this kind of structure, step‑by‑step.

1️⃣ Decide the scope

You tell me:

Once that’s clear, everything else is mechanical.

2️⃣ Check what already exists

I’ll:

  1. search_thoughts for:
    • The franchise (Frederick Keys)
    • Any existing season thoughts (Frederick Keys - 2026, etc.)

search_thoughts for the shared context parents:

  1. search_thoughts for:

If a parent doesn’t exist yet (e.g., new ballpark), I’ll ask you whether to create it and how to name it.

3️⃣ Create missing season thoughts

For each year you specify (say 2026–2028):

This gives you a consistent, chronological list under the franchise thought.

4️⃣ Attach Ballpark / Location / League as parents

For each new season thought, I:

5️⃣ Attach ownership (“Owner” / Attain) as a jump

For seasons within Attain’s ownership window:

6️⃣ Optional: add a small season note stub

If you want richer season nodes, I can also:

Ballpark: Harry Grove Stadium

Location: Frederick, Maryland

League: MLB Draft League

Owner: Attain Sports & Entertainment

You can then come back and layer in stats, standings, rosters, etc.

7️⃣ Keep things accurate over time

When ownership, league, ballpark, or location changes in real life:

  1. You tell me what changed and from which year.
  2. Ai: Stop adding that parent/owner to later seasons.

If you’d like, we can immediately apply this workflow to a future configuration you already know (for example, Keys as Orioles High‑A affiliate starting in 2026, or how you want Ghost Hounds seasons handled if they return in 2026).
