Updating a table by adding rows

Adding a couple of rows to the bottom of a table in v.14 is pretty simple:

• Trying to add a heading row in v.15 is crazy making and time consuming.

• I am experiencing data turning invisible in entire columns, changing text colors depending on the width of the content/note pane. I will see red letters, then blue letters and red again or just invisible.
