<p>Talked with Scott Halpenny and he wants to leave Cap because he doesn't feel like they are truly structured for success. They have about 250 practitioners but only 60 or so are certified. The resources are in different verticals with different P&Ls so there isn't a coordinated practice per se. Projects tend to be staffed by Indians who take the typical developer approach and not a strategic business approach.</p>
