Steve Wentzel

Steve Wentzel (Stephen John Wentzel)

• Central figure on the CGI / Kariba Owner / Developer side of the structure.
• Parents in this brain: Kariba REDD+, Carbon Green Investments, EBC Gurnsey, and Fair Share entities.
• Children: EBC Gurnsey and Carbon Green Investments (corporate roles) plus personal assets (show jumping horses).

Bridge role (people → companies)

• Links Kariba REDD+ to Carbon Green Investments (CGI) as owner/promoter, and to EBC Gurnsey as a Guernsey SPV at [[18-20 The Pollet, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WH]].
• Jump-linked to Andrew Fox, creating a people-level bridge between CGI / EBC Guernsey and the Oak / Sanlam / EBC Mauritius fiduciary complex.

Functionally, Steve Wentzel is the key human node on the project-owner/SPV side of Kariba, mirrored on the fiduciary side by Andrew Fox and Sanlam/Oak.
