CASSIAR GOLD PROJECT
Cassiar Gold Corp. owns a 100% interest in the advanced exploration Cassiar Gold Project.
The project covers 59,000 hectares of mineral claims in the Cassiar Mining District, in good standing. Previous work has been focused on two main areas — the North Cassiar area with a bulk-tonnage opportunity, and the South Cassiar area with high-grade quartz vein targets. The project also includes gold-bearing tailings, the by-product of historic processing of high-grade veins, which may be viable for reprocessing and gold recovery. The area is easily accessible via Highway 37, which bisects the property, and access roads throughout the property. The project also has a 300 tpd mill for future operations and a permanent camp for the Cassiar team.

BACKGROUND
- High-grade upside on South Cassiar area
- Large, low-grade bulk-tonnage opportunity on North Cassiar, with existing 1 Moz gold at its Taurus deposit
- Permitted 300 tpd mill with gravity and flotation circuits, and tailings facility for processing of high-grade ores
- Large land package: 59,000 ha
- Good infrastructure: Highway 37, access roads, power grid, water, permanent camp
SOUTH CASSIAR: HIGH-GRADE VEINS
- Significant exploration upside
- Many veins known with only minimal drilling
- Area with historic production of over >315,000 oz gold extracted from high-grade quartz vein mineralization with grades of +15 g/t gold
- 15-km prospective strike length
- On-site permitted 300 tpd mill
NORTH CASSIAR: BULK-TONNAGE OPPORTUNITY
- Hosts the NI 43-101 Inferred Resource of 1 Moz at 1.43 g/t gold at its Taurus deposit
- The Taurus deposit remains opens laterally in all directions giving room for extension of resources and additional discoveries
SOUTH CASSIAR HISTORIC TAILINGS
- By-product of historical high-grade mining at its South Cassiar area
- Approximately 600,000 tonnes tailings at approximately 〜1 g/t Gold (1)
- Testing by previous operators suggests potential for gold recovery by reprocessing tailings
(1) There is no current or historical resource for the Cassiar tailings deposit. The reader is cautioned that the tonnage and grade listed above are provided as an indication of exploration potential only, and are derived from 2018 drilling of the tailings by Wildsky Resources Inc. (see WSK news release Oct. 25, 2018). They should not be interpreted as either current or historical resource estimates for the tailings
