AFTERMATH SILVER, CLOSES FINANCING $17.13 MM ERIC SPROTT MAINTAINS 19.61 PERCENT 2020-09-14

01:39 PM EDT, 09/14/2020 (MT Newswires) -- Aftermath Silver Ltd. (AAG.V) has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement of 26.36 million shares for gross proceeds of $17.13 million. Sprott has increased his investment in order to maintain a 19.61% stake in Aftermath.

Net proceeds will be used for drilling and other technical studies on the Berenguela Silver-Copper project in Peru, and the Challacollo and Cachinal Silver-Gold projects in Chile, and for general working capital purposes.
