POCONE
Poconé is a free dig, open pit mine situated in Mato Grosso, Brazil. It’s modeled on the low grade, high volume strategy and follows in the footsteps of other highly successful mines in the region. Due to the nature of the ore, the gold can be extracted economically with a gravity plant, allowing a significantly lowered AISC compared to sulphide/ oxide deposit mines.
The company consists of two projects:
1. Livramento

- Operational open pit mine with the freehold of 250 hectares of land with historic grades ranging from 0.8 to 1.5g/ tonne
- High volume, low cost mining operation
- 60 tonnes per hour gravity processing plant
- 15 trucks, 3 diggers, 2 dozers – complete infrastructure
- Feasability study underway for 2022 drilling program
2. Lima project
