FISH LAKE VALLEY EXPLORATION & FINDINGS SINCE 2010
Exploration on the property shows great potential.
ANOMALOUS LITHIUM VALUES
Exploration on the FLV property since 2010 has found sites with anomalous lithium values (>100 ppm) in Tertiary claystone.
SAME AGE SEDIMENT AS EPICENTER CLAYTON VALLEY
Fine sediments the same age as the Clayton Valley occurrences are on the property and some beds are enriched in lithium.
600 PPM IN LITHIUM CLAYSTONE
Sediments on the northeastern flank of Fish Lake Valley contained sampling results with values to 600 ppm lithium in claystone.
POSITIVE GEOPHYSICAL SURVEYS
Have shown a subsurface response consistent with the exploration concept of Tertiary claystone which may host geochemically anomalous concentrations of lithium of potential economic interest.
LITHIUM WITHIN CLAY-RICH HORIZONS
Deposit types indicate a model of lithium within clay-rich horizons of volcaniclastic sedimentary units, which can be recovered under reasonable metallurgical conditions.

Findings from initial mapping and sampling completed by the previous operator on the Fish Lake Valley property have been positive in addition to ACME’s recent geological field review and sampling program.
600 PPM LITHIUM IN MUDSTONES IN 2016:
Common geochemical values in mudstones are 5 to 40 ppm, so the anomalous results suggest the same process as at Clayton Valley may have operated there. i
UP TO 370 PPM LITHIUM SAMPLING VALUES IN 2018:
Confirm the conclusion from the earlier sampling that the geologic process resulting in high lithium values in fine sediments operated at the FLV claim area. i
UP TO 410 PPM SURFACE LITHIUM VALUES IN 2021:
Reported in October 2021, surface lithium values up to 410 ppm indicate a mineral process was active during deposition of the underlying sediments. Barium analyses to 1,800 ppm additionally support that the mineral process was active during deposition of the underlying sediments.
GEOLOGY
- Rhyolite-basalt volcanism occurred 15 – 20 million years ago which grade laterally into widespread sedimentary rocks
- This volcanic event blanketed an area thousands of square miles where ACME’s Fish Lake project is centered
- Lithium in volcanics is concentrated in the last volcanic event which typically is the rhyolitic phase
- The significance is that where there are rhyolites in volume, there is the potential for significant lithium resources in volume

GEOPHYSICS
- Having found that fine sediments the same age as the Clayton Valley occurrences are on the FLV property and that some beds are enriched in lithium, a CSAMT/MT survey was used to optimize potential drill hole sites for a complete drill test of the sediments to a reasonable open pit depth
- Controlled source audio magnetotelluric (CSMAT/MT) is an electromagnetic survey method often used in mineral exploration to map variations in electrical resistivity which can be interpreted to show features such as faulting and finer vs. coarser grained sediments and hard rocks vs. unconsolidated sediments
- Survey done by Hasbrouck Geophysics Inc. of Prescott, AZ
- A 500 foot deep drill hole would be a reasonable test of the open pit potential within the Tertiary claystone sedimentary section
A RICH HISTORY AND PROMISING FUTURE
Fish Lake Valley is only 25 miles away from Clayton Valley, an area historically known as the center of Nevada lithium production from brines within Tertiary age sediments in the basin. The mine in Clayton Valley has produced lithium minerals from brines continuously since 1966 and that success shows great promise for the future and the FLV project.
Initial mapping and sampling on the FLV Property has shown values to 600 ppm lithium in mudstones. Common geochemical values in mudstones are 5 to 40 ppm, so the anomalous results suggest the same process as at Clayton Valley may have operated there.
