COPPER CANYON PROPERTY JV

The Property is located 30 kilometres west of Merritt in south-central British Columbia. The Property is located in map sheet 92I/03, near UTM 629000mE, 5560000mN, (NAD83); 50.175° N latitude and 121.2° W longitude.

The Property consists of 7 claims totalling 2853.6 hectares. The claims are owned by Property Owners, each of which own 50% of the Property, and have been optioned to Goldblock under the Goldblock Option Agreement.

A $411,000 Phase 1 exploration program comprised of prospecting and geological mapping, additional rock / soil sampling and airborne geophysics is required to evaluate the gold bearing potential of the Property. Focus on the area of the MGT showing, as well as in the southern area of the Property is required to evaluate the presence of any gold mineralization. The soil sampling done by Goldblock in 2019 was relatively limited in scope, and can easily be expanded to both the north and south.

Bullet’s 100% subsidiary entered into an option to acquire 75% on October 15,2020. Terms of the option agreement can be found in the filings on Sedar for Bullet. Bullet has put together an initial program that will begin in May 2021. As well Bullet is looking to acquire/stake or enter into other option agreements with property holders in the area.
